  • VIRTUAL VOLUNTEERS: These volunteers are referred to TRM via email, through national volunteer programs such as Volunteer Match through United Way of Pierce County. These individuals may be located either nationally or globally. Their tasks are many and varied. Many knit, crochet and sew creating doll blankets, doll clothes, booties, and lap blankets for seniors. Others quilt, knit, sew, or crochet holiday stockings for children and seniors. Those who have the knowledge, help with grant research and writing.
  • INTERNET EXPLORERS: These volunteers search for manufacturers and distributors for supplies that we use in our day-to-day activities. When these items are located, the “Explorer” then refers the information back to us.
