Alice Jones, TRM's Doll Nurse, after at least 10 years of faithful service, gave up her position recently. We appreciate all the time and effort she put in to ensure that our dolls were appropriately cleaned, dressed and outfitted to be given out looking "like new" to our recipients who loved the attention to detail she has given them! Her expertise in this area will be missed. Thank you, Alice!
  • STUFFED TOY REFURBISHER: Carol O.
  •  NEEDED  VIRTUAL VOLUNTEERS: These volunteers are referred to TRM via email, through national volunteer programs such as Volunteer Match through United Way of Pierce County. These individuals may be located either nationally or globally. Their tasks are many and varied. Many knit, crochet and sew creating doll blankets, doll clothes, booties, and lap blankets for seniors. Others quilt, knit, sew, or crochet holiday stockings for children and seniors. Those who have the knowledge, help with grant research and writing.
  •  NEEDED  INTERNET EXPLORERS: These volunteers search for manufacturers and distributors for supplies that we use in our day-to-day activities. When these items are located, the “Explorer” then refers the information back to us.
